1.1 AI & Cloud Processing DataWhen you use AI features, we process the media you select:

• What is processed — Only items you actively select are uploaded and used strictly to generate the specific AI effect requested.
• No biometric profiling — We do not build, collect, or store biometric facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or persistent facial identifiers.
• No secondary use — Uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or AI model pre-training without your explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — The original image/video is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the generation result is returned.
• Proprietary infrastructure — All AI capabilities run on our own proprietary models on private infrastructure; content is not forwarded to any third-party AI API or external cloud model.

1.2 Usage & Device InformationWe collect unique device identifier (UUID), OS version, device model, mobile network info, IP address, access logs, and interaction history within the app. This data is tied only to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify individuals.

• Core Functionality — Deliver AI-powered image and video effects.
• Customer Support — Respond to your inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Security & Safety — Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited content.
• Service Improvement — Optimize AI models and enhance app features.

• Photos — Select and edit media.
• Camera — Capture content for AI processing.
• Tracking (IDFA) — Personalized experience; explicit consent required.
• Notifications — Alert when AI generation is complete.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted providers (e.g. AWS) under confidentiality agreements. We do not share data with third parties for marketing. We may disclose data if required by law. International transfers meet security standards.

Original media is deleted immediately post-processing. We use industry-standard end-to-end encryption in transit.

Whoosh is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Whoosh. By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.1 Input ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for your input. You must have rights to submitted content and must not infringe third-party rights.

2.2 Output NatureAI output may not be unique across users. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

2.3 AI Labeling & WatermarkingIn compliance with digital content regulations, Whoosh may embed digital watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata. Circumventing or removing these identifiers is prohibited.

You retain ownership of original input. You grant Whoosh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process input solely for service delivery. Output rights are transferred to you upon generation for personal or commercial use (subject to subscription tier). All app UI/UX, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, and music are owned by the developer and protected by copyright.

Subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID. Prices are subject to change with notice. Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled ≥24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled via Apple Support. Compute credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle.

You may not create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery; create illegal content (CSAM, extreme violence, hate speech); reverse engineer AI model weights or architecture; or represent AI output as real human-captured content for fraud.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. On-device processing via device NPU is used where possible. Cloud processing uses encryption in transit and deletion after task completion.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including AI "hallucinations" in output or data loss.

Whoosh may modify terms or features as AI regulations evolve. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

订阅通过您的 Apple ID 计费。价格可能变更并提前通知。除非在周期结束前 ≥24 小时取消，否则将自动续订。退款通过 Apple 支持处理。计算积分可能在计费周期结束时过期。

您不得创建深度伪造或未经同意的亲密图像；创建非法内容（CSAM、极端暴力、仇恨言论）；逆向工程 AI 模型权重或架构；或将 AI 输出伪装为真实人类捕获的内容用于欺诈。

您的隐私受我们的隐私政策管辖。在可能的情况下通过设备 NPU 进行设备端处理。云处理使用传输加密并在任务完成后删除数据。

我们不对间接、附带或后果性损害负责，包括输出中的 AI "幻觉"或数据丢失。

随着 AI 法规的演变，Whoosh 可能修改条款或功能。继续使用即表示接受变更。

Whoosh offers VIP membership tiers with payment via iTunes Account.

Open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Whoosh in the Active list → Cancel Subscription. If you don't see a Cancel button, your subscription has already been cancelled and won't renew.

The developer cannot process refunds. For subscription and payment questions, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
